Nineteen Feet was formed in 2013 by Rob Allen, a software developer and consultant with over 25 years experience in software development. We currently have two full time employees and have relationships with other companies to service larger projects.
Rob specialises in web APIs. He has extensive experience of PHP and related technologies and regularly contributes to Open Source projects including leadership roles in Slim Framework and Laminas. He is the lead author of Zend Framework in Action. Rob has also has an interest in Serverless solutions, in particular as a member of the leadership team of the Apache OpenWhisk project and also uses AWS Lambda.

He has also written a beautifully simple notepad for Mac OS X called Daily Jotter, which is available on the Mac App Store.
